    Join Marlene Henny for a six-day yoga holiday with sun, sea and more on the beautiful Island of Ibiza! You'll greet the blue skies and radiant sun each morning by diving into one of Marlene’s beautifully choreographed rise and shine flows. Be prepared to sweat a little (but smile a lot!) as you unlock your breath and start to connect with your passion, inspiring you to delve deeper into your full potential. Experience the revitalising power of doing yoga every day and taking care of yourself!

     

    Along with three delicious and healthy meals a day, there will also be afternoon sessions to relax the body and mind. There will be plenty of free time for you to explore the island, book a massage or a private yoga class, unwind by the pool, visit the local market... it's up to you, it's your yoga holiday retreat.

    The Spaces

    Our home for the week will be a beautiful private villa, Can Amonita House located on the North side of Ibiza. It is surrounded by a peaceful garden and has the most beautiful swimming pool.

    The Lotus House is located on the South side of Ibiza. It is on a small hill and has an incredible view with a beach very nearby.

    I was in the Ignite your spark yoga retreat 2016, and it was an amazing experience!

    In the mornings we had various levels of core flow yoga that set the day. Marlene knew exactly where to put the level for each day, I don't know how she knew.. but it was a perfect pace each day!! And the restorative yoga in the evening before the 3 course dinner was the "dot on top of the i". Between the yoga classes there was the choice of private yoga classes, exploring the island or just chill by the pool. The retreat was super relaxed and restorative rather than disciplined, which was exactly what was needed!! I'll definitely go again if I can!

    1. It's a fantastic house with great food and fantastic hosting people! Really friendly and they are eager to help with Ibiza stuff.

    2. Marlene's classes are very energizing and sparkling as always. The wonderful music playing in the background, as well as the frogs in the pond, make the picture perfect.

    3. The total package is perfect for a yoga holiday. Not too intensive, but definetly active enough to return home much stronger, more flexible and rested. The Vinyasa combined with the wonderful restorative practice is the perfect combination.
