A challenging transitional vinyasa class that blends core strengthening, with wave like movements. This core focused flow class is an opportunity to build strength in a yoga setting.
Core Flow is a heat building practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and in all major core muscles that are not just limited to only the abdominal core. In this class, you can expect the sequencing to incorporate many moves of strengthening throughout.
