In this Ignite your Spark Yoga Retreat, the goal is to help you connect with your Spark, your energetic self and to feel supported in a loving and open space where you can deepen and begin your experience with Yoga for all levels. You will enjoy your time at a beautiful venue and will learn to manage your energy better, get out of your head, letting go of negative thoughts and emotions and feel like renewed again.

 

The yoga practices are vinyasa -based practices. Every day you can expect a body, mind & spirit theme-based practices with energising and calming breath work to renew, revitalise and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit! All flows are all level so everybody can join the ride!

Every day, theme-based yoga practices, life inspirations, lectures, relaxation, beautiful and pleasant accommodation and healthy food.

Experience the revitalising power of doing yoga every day and taking care of yourself! Along with three delicious and healthy meals a day and daily yoga flows, there will be a three- afternoon session to relax the body and mind with Restore & Renew Yoga.

There will be plenty of free time for you to explore the place, book a massage, unwind by the pool, visit local markets or enjoy a day at the beach!

Six nights of luxury accommodation. This is on your own expenses)
