Class Schedule
The latest class schedule is always published on the Website. MarleneYoga reserves the right to amend the class schedule at any time. Possible amendments will be announced in advance, as far as possible, on the Website and/or per email.

MarleneYoga issues the following cards, to be chosen by the Student:
Students can attend classes on the basis of a Single Class
SINGLE CLASS This is a one-time class to be attended and paid by a Student via Molly on the website of MarleneYoga
The following conditions apply to Students booking classes online through Single Class bookings:
All classes can be booked online at least 5 days in advance and up until 30 minutes prior to the class.
Reservations can only be made online and can therefore not be made by phone
Your reservation is valid up until 5 minutes before the start of class. If you are not present at this time, I will assume you will not come and proceed to give your spot in the class to someone else.
MarleneYoga reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class if there are not enough participants In such case your payment will be refunded.
Participation and Payment Workshop, Training and Registration Fee:
A Participant can partake in a Workshop or Training after MarleneYoga has received the complete fee required for participation in the Workshop.
For certain Workshop(s), Trainings there is a so called “Early Registry Discount”. This discount is valid until the date as specified on the Website. After this date the normal fee, also as published on the Website, will be charged again.

Workshop: Schedule and Cancellation. The latest Workshop schedule is always published on the Website. MarleneYoga reserves the right to amend the schedule at any given time. Possible amendments will be communicated, if possible, at MarleneYoga and/or on the Website, and/or via email. MarleneYoga reserves the right to cancel a planned Workshop, as a result of force majeure. In this case, the already paid registration fees will be refunded to the Participant. A Participant may cancel his/her participation in a Workshop until one (1) month before the scheduled date of the Workshop. This can be done per e-mail to: contact@marlenehenny.com.

A Participant may cancel his/her registration for a Workshop until 14 days before the scheduled Workshop. In such cases the registration fee will be refunded with the reduction of a € 25, - administration fee. In case the Participant cancels his/her registration within 10 days of the Workshop, there will be no refund of registration fees.
Retreat Cancellation:
Only written cancellations of participation in scheduled Retreats can be accepted. These can be emailed to: retreat@marlenehenny.com.
If participant cancels up to 10 weeks prior to the retreat date the participant is entitled to a 100% refund on the retreat price. If participant cancels up to 6 weeks prior the retreat date, the participant is entitled to a 50% refund on the retreat price. Cancellation within 6 weeks prior to retreat date will NOT be refunded.

If a Participant cannot, for whichever reason, participate on Retreat, the already paid Retreat Price will not be refunded. MarleneYoga reserves the right to cancel a Retreat due to an insufficient amount of participants. In such a case the Retreat price already (partially) paid by Participants will be refunded. Marlene Yoga does not accept any liability for physical and/or emotional harm or injury, loss or damage, related to a stay at the retreat venue

Liability: Marlene Yoga does not accept any liability for physical and/or emotional harm or injury, loss or damage, related to the attendance to one of the Retreats or organized by Marlene Yoga or Fig Yoga Retreats.
Liability: Marlene Yoga does not accept any liability for physical and/or emotional harm or injury, loss or damage, related to the attendance or online to one of the workshops, teacher trainings and courses.
Teacher Trainings, Workshops and or Courses.
The current workshop, events, teacher training and course schedule can be found on the website. MarleneYoga reserves the right to change the schedule at any time. If possible, any changes are announced in advance, by email or newsletter.
The price for a workshop, event, teacher training and retreat can be found on MarleneYoga website.
Payment for a workshop, course, event or retreat must be paid in full before the start of the event.
When registering for the Vinyasa Teacher Training, and or specialized study for teachers (100-, 50-, 20- or 10-hour training) or (all further: training), on location or from home online, the student is bound by the following provisions:
Payment of the course fees must be made as indicated in the price and payment arrangement on the website.
Costs in case of cancellation up to two months before the start date: €100
* Costs in case of cancellation up to one month before the start date: 25% of the training fee. Costs in case of cancellation after a month (up to a week) before the start date: 50% of the training fee. costs in case of cancellation after 7 days before the start date: 100% of the training fee. In the event of cancellation, the amount to be refunded will be refunded to the student's bank account within ten working days.

In the case of those who fail to pay one or more installments, the entire training fee is immediately due and payable without further notice of default or action by MarleneYoga, this also applies to those who cancel during the training period or wish to terminate the training early.

If the student is in default and the payment arrangement (collection) is handed over by MarleneYoga, the costs thereof are for the student.

MarleneYoga and the guest teachers are not responsible for any damage or physical injury incurred before, during or after the training. The student is expected to be in good physical condition and to inform the teachers before the start of the training in case of physical injuries, illnesses or physical abnormalities. The student is also expected to know what he/she is physically capable of. During manual correction, the student must indicate whether he/she wants this and to what extent the teacher can help the student in a posture.

The student also accepts full responsibility for any damage that may result from the use of the room at location in which the lessons are given.

MarleneYoga is not responsible for damage to or loss of personal property before, during or after the training.

In all assessments of the acquired level of knowledge and skills (for example regarding the award of certificates), the student undertakes to accept the judgment of the responsible lecturer(s).

The planned lesson days and times can be changed by MarleneYoga. These will be communicated in a timely manner.

The student agrees that under no circumstances will the obligation to pay the course fees owed will lapse and that monies already paid will not be refunded.

In addition to these course conditions, the General Conditions of MarleneYoga apply.
Marlene Henny is a qualified teacher and works with qualified guest teachers and will always provide high quality classes and Workshops. However, there is a chance of injury or damage during a class or Workshop. By participating in a class, Workshop, Training or Retreat at, or organized by Marlene Yoga the Student and/or Participant accepts the risk of injury and/or damage. MarleneYoga advises the following in order to reduce the risk of injury/damage:

Consult a physician before you start taking classes and are not sure whether you are entirely healthy, or in case you’re pregnant.

If you have an injury, or any other physical discomfort, always report this to the teacher prior to the start of a class, Workshop or Retreat.

Listen carefully to the instructions of the teacher and follow them closely.

Listen carefully to the signals of your body and take these into consideration.

Perform the exercises with care and keep in mind your physical limitations.

Do not perform exercises that are painful to you.

Ask questions if you do not understand an exercise.
Participation of one the Classes, Workshops, Trainings and Retreats are not a replacement for any therapy or other medical treatment or diagnosis. If you are currently receiving or have previously received any medical treatment or therapy for issues related to mental health, our Classes, Workshops, Trainings and Retreats may not be suitable for you. Please contact your physician or a specialist healthcare practitioner whether attending the Classes, Workshops, Trainings and Retreats is suitable for you at this time.

Personal Data: MarleneYoga collects personal data from the Students and Participants for keeping track of its file, for carrying out payment orders and for administration purposes.
​
MarleneYoga treats this collection of personal data carefully and processes it within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations, including in any case the laws and regulations in the, area of data protection, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
MarleneYoga also uses the personal data referred to inform the Students and Participants about activities of MarleneYoga and any changes in, for example, the timetable. If the Student does not wish to receive communication from Marlene Yoga, this can be communicated in writing an email to: contact@marlenehenny.com

MarleneYoga never transfers the personal data of the Students and Participants to third parties without prior permission. The privacy statement lists which data are processed MarleneYoga for what purposes and how the personal data is handled. In addition, it is explained how the subjects involved can exercise their rights to the processing of their personal data.

Applicable law and dispute settlement: Dutch law is the only applicable law to the General Terms of Agreement.
