My Rock Your Core Program is designed to power up your Core to achieve the strong, toned and defined muscles and is suitable for everybody who wants to strengthen her or his abdominal and back muscles as well as strengthening the muscle loops of the upper and lower body. You will discover and strengthen many more core muscles than just the abdominal core.
Challenge your core muscles and reap the rewards of a strong center!
The program can be used to complement your existing training workouts or group classes, but can as well be attended by people who normally don't attend any fitness of group lessons.
It doesn't matter how experienced you are or how well 'trained' you are.
The purpose of our Core exercises is to train specific core muscles, to cultivate overall core strength through various exercises that stabilize and generate stronger core muscles.
The goal is to improve your posture and to make your body stronger and to enhance your fitness and to get rid of any physical discomfort.
Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, intercostals, Transverse Abdominis and Obliques, low-back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis and the pelvic floor.
Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities.

What do you need?
STEP 1: SET UP YOUR SPACE
Make sure you have a mat.
Find a quiet location; turn up the lights. Lighting will make it easier for me to see and correct you as you move.
Place your computer, smartphone, or tablet far enough away that I can see your whole body.
Please ensure it is on a stable surface.
STEP 2: SET UP YOUR TECHNOLOGY
We will be using zoom video conferencing for our live private sessions.
Be sure to download the plugin (on your computer) or the app (smartphone or tablet) prior to the lesson.
After you book your appointment you will receive an email with a link to your call.
Five minutes before your lesson begins simple click on the link to enter the live session.
Ensure your computer, smartphone, or tablet is charged or plugged into a power source prior to the lesson.
STEP 3: SET UP YOUR BODY
Make sure you wear something comfortable. You want clothing that is easy to move in but not too loose so I can easily make corrections to your movement.
