ABOUT THE

GOALS

With everything from beginner basics to advanced challenges, I will help you create an online practice that’s uniquely your own. With this challenging, low impact exercise method you will balances strength with mobility, align your body, fine-tune movement patterns, and emphasise on proper alignment, breathing, and you will have gained strength in deeper muscles of the core.


Note: I offer Pilates sessions for those that need guidance to ensure quality movement and for those who want to work with a tailored workout for their specific needs.

I am a passionate Vinyasa Yoga Teacher who loves to share the beauty of yoga, creating a platform to help people truly experience their best life!

Yoga to me is a lifestyle that isn’t limited to the yoga mat, it helps me breathe and flow through life and be present to experience life as it is. It gives me moments of bliss which I experience during and after my practice!

What do you need? 

STEP 1: SET UP YOUR SPACE

  • Make sure you have a mat.

  • Find a quiet location; turn up the lights. Lighting will make it easier for me to see and  correct you as you move.

  • Place your computer, smartphone, or tablet far enough away that I can see your whole body.

  • Please ensure it is on a stable surface.

STEP 2: SET UP YOUR TECHNOLOGY

  • We will be using zoom video conferencing for our live private sessions.

  • Be sure to download the plugin (on your computer) or the app (smartphone or tablet) prior to the lesson.

  • After you book your appointment you will receive an email with a link to your call.

  • Five minutes before your lesson begins simple click on the link to enter the live session.

  • Ensure your computer, smartphone, or tablet is charged or plugged into a power source prior to the lesson.


STEP 3: SET UP YOUR BODY
Make sure you wear something comfortable. You want clothing that is easy to move in
but not too loose so I can easily make corrections to your movement.

2. Pay for your session with the payment link I sent you
3. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free). Click here to download the app.
4. You will receive confirmation of your payment
5. You’ll get a Zoom link in your email one hour your session begins
